Rental Agreement

**Mane Event Trailers LLC – Photobooth Rental Agreement**

**This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”)** is made between **Mane Event Trailers LLC** (“Owner”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”) for the rental of the photobooth trailer (“Trailer”) owned by Mane Event Trailers LLC.

By signing this Agreement, Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

#1. Rental Period

* Rental begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the agreed-upon end time (“Rental Period”).
* Any extension of the Rental Period must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.

#2. Rental Fee and Payment

* Renter agrees to pay the total rental fee as outlined in the invoice.
* A **deposit of 100%** is required to secure the reservation.**.
* Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other approved methods.

#3. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

* Owner will deliver, set up, and remove the Trailer at the agreed location.
* Renter must provide safe and legal access for delivery and pickup.
* Any delays caused by inaccessible locations or unforeseen circumstances may incur additional fees.

#4. Renter Responsibilities

Renter agrees to:

* Supervise guests while using the Trailer.
* Ensure the Trailer is used in a safe and responsible manner.
* Provide a stable, level surface for setup.
* Avoid moving the Trailer without Owner’s consent.

#5. Liability and Release

* Renter acknowledges that use of the Trailer involves some risk.
* Renter, on behalf of themselves and their guests, releases **Mane Event Trailers LLC, its employees, and agents** from any liability for injury, loss, or damages incurred during the Rental Period.
* Owner is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or loss of personal items during use.

#6. Damage and Cleaning

* Renter is responsible for any damage to the Trailer, equipment, or accessories during the Rental Period.
* A **cleaning and damage deposit** may be required and will be refunded after the event, less any charges for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
* Any damages or excessive cleaning fees will be billed at **Owner’s discretion** and are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

#7. Prohibited Use

Renter shall not:

* Use the Trailer for illegal activities.
* Exceed the recommended occupancy.
* Allow guests to use alcohol or controlled substances inside the Trailer unless pre-approved.
* Modify, dismantle, or tamper with any equipment or electronics.

#8. Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations **30 days or more** prior to the event: 50% refund of transaction.
* Cancellations **less than 30 days**: deposit is non-refundable.
* Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability, at Owner’s discretion.

#9. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless **Mane Event Trailers LLC, its owners, employees, and agents** from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from the use of the Trailer, including injury, property damage, or legal claims made by third parties.

#10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Oregon**. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate court in Deschutes County, Oregon.

#11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Renter and Owner regarding the rental of the Trailer. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
